CANCELLATIONS
When booking appointments, you enter into a contract. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours notice for cancellation will incur a fee of £20.00.
I thank you for your co-operation and understanding on this matter. Often, there is a waiting list for appointments and if your appointed time is retaken, then you will certainly be informed and the cancellation fee dropped.
